Description
This is Beretta’s top of the range A400 Extreme Plus with a 28″ barrel chambered for 3 1/2″ cartridges which would prove absolutely perfect for firing the very heaviest wildfowling cartridges. The gun has the Optifade Timber camo covering the stock, action and barrel – a little darker in tone than the Max5 making it perfect for a mixture of wildfowling, pigeon or rough shooting. There is enough weight in the gun to absorb the recoil associated with these heavy loads and the stock has a very clever new Kick-off system actually built into the middle of the stock. The stock and forend has rubber inserts which offer excellent grip should the gun get wet.
This gun was purchased brand new in May 2023, it hasn’t been used much at all – a few wildfowling sessions plus a day or two in the pigeon hide. It comes with a set of Optima HP extended chokes and 2 years warranty.
