Description
This is a Beretta AL391 Urika II Sport with a 30″ multi choke barrel – a great choice for both clay shooting use as well as pigeon and rough shooting too. Beretta semi auto’s have a reputation for being able to reliably cycle large numbers of a wide range of different cartridges. They do prefer 70mm cartridges with at least a 28gram load.
The overall condition of this gun is good, despite the fact it has seen a bit of use the action has been maintained well and the ‘Xtra Grain’ stock and forend are reasonably clean and tidy with just the odd small mark in the finish. The stock has been fitted with a recoil reducing ‘Isis’ pad with a thick ‘Green Pad’ to further soften felt recoil. The overall length is nearly 16″ as a result – it would be possible to remove the whole unot and fit a standard pad (it might be a gunsmiths job though). The barrel is clean internally and is tidy externally too. The balance is good and although the gun weighs 8lb 1oz the handling is lively. The weight will help absorb some extra recoil.
There is a set of 3 external Beretta Optima chokes with this gun plus the original plastic case.
