Description
This is a second hand Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon II Sporter with 32” multi choke barrels – an unusual gun to come across but one that really stands out in the crowd because of the heavy ‘deep relief’ game-scene and scroll engraving style, this doesn’t appeal to everybody but is unique to this model in the range. It is a gun that would be a perfect choice for clay shooting and in particular English sporting but it would also be suitable for shooting high driven pheasants because the weight of the gun will help soak up some recoil from heavier cartridges.
The action on this gun remains tight, the woodwork is reasonably well figured and in clean and tidy condition as are the barrels. The stock has been lowered a touch by the removal of some wood from the comb.
We have a case plus a full set of internal Optima chokes with this gun.
Part exchange welcome.
