Description
This is a second hand Beretta 686 Sporter with 28” barrels fixed at 1/4 & 1/2 chokes – a gun that is several years old (made in the late 80’s) but the condition is still very good. The action has worn in without being loose – it has plenty of life remaining, the woodwork has the inevitable mark here and there but nothing really noticeable. The barrels are clean inside and out.
This would make a good all round choice being ideal for clays but would be equally happy rough shooting or game shooting. The balance is in the middle of the gun not at the front end making the handling reasonably steady for the longer range shots but remaining lively enough for the faster clays.
