This is a brand new ’40th Anniversary’ Limited Edition Beretta 687EELL Diamond Pigeon 12 gauge in field specification (6mm rib and autosafe) and 30″ multi choke barrels. It celebrates 40 years of the 687EELL model since it was launched back in 1983. This particular gun is number 34 out of a limited run of 100 produced for the worldwide market.

The 687EELL Diamond Pigeon uses the renowned Beretta action which is known for its strength, durability and reliability. It is much more elaborately engraved than the base model Silver Pigeon 1 coming with a major wood upgrade. The sideplated action is very attractively engraved with nice detail to the game scene centre and tight scroll around the edges. On the limited edition the base plate engraving of an English partridge is replaced with a specially commissioned image of the Beretta Villa by well known UK artist Ben Hoskyns. There is also a 40th commemorative stamp on the trigger guard. The engraving is machine rolled but then hand finished in the Beretta engraving studios. The woodwork is very well figured on this particular gun.

It could be classed as a complete all rounder being suited to driven game shooting, rough, pigeon or even clay shooting. The barrels are chambered and proofed for 3″ steel shot making this gun suitable for wildfowling too.

Comes cased with a set of 5 flush fitting Optima HP chokes and a free upgrade from 3 years to an impressive 10 year warranty.
