Delivery and Returns
Sorry but we only deliver within the UK.
Delivery for orders of £49 and over is free. Our standard delivery charge for orders of £48.99 and under is £3.95.
We aim to despatch your items within 48hrs *** and delivery is usually within 3-5 working days. We will contact you by e-mail if it is likely to be longer.
For some areas of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly longer delivery times should be expected.
Delivery will usually be by Royal mail or courier depending on the size of the order and may require a signature.
***During a Covid Lockdown period we will dispatch items on Wednesdays. Any order placed after 8pm on a Tuesday will be sent the following Wednesday***
Returns & Replacements
Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods
If your order has arrived and is damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us by email or phone within 48 working hrs of delivery. We will then discuss the options available to you.
Changed your mind? Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day after you receive your order.
You must inform us within this period of your intension to cancel either by email, letter, telephone or by filling out the cancellation form. Once you have informed us you have 14 days to return the product to us. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. The product must be in an unused, unsoiled condition complete with all tags attached and in the original, undamaged packaging.
We suggest that you use a signed for/tracked method of return as products remain your responsibility until we have received them.
Our returns address is: Due to Covid restrictions, our shop may be required to close. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning your order. We will then confirm a returns address.
We will only issue full refunds once we have checked the products and are satisfied that they are in a resalable condition. We will refund the delivery charge if we have received the whole order back. Refunds will be within 14 days of us receiving the returned product by the same payment method used at the time of order.
Please fill out the returns slip and place it in the package.
If you purchase anything from us between November 1st and December 25th you will have until January 15th to cancel the order.

Most products have a warranty of one year. If after a period of use the product develops a fault that is not due to normal wear and tear please contact us to discuss your options. Sometimes goods will need to be sent back to the manufacturers for testing before replacements can be issued.
The cost of returning items is not covered under warranty and must be paid by yourselves if the product is assessed as faulty then your postage will of course be reimbursed. Repaired/replaced goods will be sent to you free of charge.
Please note: Make sure Items are clean and boots are free from mud etc before returning them as the manufacturers will not accept them and this will cause delays.
