Description
This is a second hand Beretta S687 game gun with 28″ barrels choked at 1/4 & 1/2. It is a gun made back in the early 80’s but still a very popular and sought after model. Age isn’t an issue with this gun because Beretta have a deserved reputation for building strong, reliable and durable guns. This gun hasn’t been used that heavily over the years and remains in decent overall condition. The balance and handling are suited to local driven game, walked up or rough shooting.
The action on the S687 has attractive game-scene and scroll engraving and remains in good condition The woodwork has a few age related marks but nothing major, the stock is well figured and finishes with a rubber pad that has been fitted nicely. The barrels are clean inside and the external blueing is in decent condition although thinning a little at the muzzle where it has slid in and out of a gunslip over the years.
Part exchange welcome.
