Description
This is a second hand Beretta DT10 Sporter with 32″ multi choke barrels, a left handed sporting stock and a beavertail ‘trap style’ forend – a popular choice for competition clay shooting. The weight, balance and handling are perfect for shooting ‘sporting’ clays – the overall weight is heavy enough to help absorb some recoil but the gun still has a lively handling characteristic for those quicker targets. The action is fairly plain to look at but that only adds to the classy look of this model. The woodwork is nicely figured and in tidy overall condition.
The DT10 from Beretta is renowned for strength and durability this gun was built to shoot tens if not hundreds of thousands of cartridges. The gun has been used on the competition scene for the last few years, during that time the previous owner has used it a reasonable amount, now the action has worn in opening and closing nicely, the DT10 was built to handle large numbers of cartridges and even though this gun is a few years old and fired that sort of number it will continue to perform for many more years, and thousands of cartridges, to come. The ‘gold’ lettering on the action has worn compared to original – cosmetic but should be mentioned. The barrels are clean inside and out.
We have a blue Beretta plastic box (not the original lockable one) and a full set of extended Optima chokes.
Part exchange welcome.
