The Silver Pigeon 1 has all the best features from Beretta without the pricetag. Optima bore barrels shoot smoothly and handle well, fitted with flush fitting Optima H.P chokes which pattern superbly, fitted to an action proven for strength and durability – with a stock that has dimensions to suit most shooters. Easy to see why the gun has been so successful. This is a great all round gun that would happily shoot both clays or game – the barrels are now 3″ steel shot proofed so suitable for wildfowling too. The added weight offered by the wider ‘Sporting’ rib makes this a steadier handling 20bore, compared to the ‘Field’ model, which would be perfect for taller driven game.
